His research interests include image processing and spatial databases, onlone access to California's spatial information; meterological satellites; evapotranspiration. He manages the California Environmental Resources Evaluation System (CERES) projects for CalSpace. Quinn also is pursuing his Ph.D. in computer science at UC Davis.
rakunkel@ucdavis.eduRoger focuses on discovering and distributing geospatial information on the Internet. He writes programs for both CaSIL (California Spatial Information Library) and CEIC (California Environmental Information Catalog). His software is used daily by CalSpace researchers.
His Bachelor's in communication studies is from California State U at Sacramento where he is earning his Master's in computer science.
wayu@ucdavis.eduOriginally from San Francisco, Wayland holds both a Bachelor's in computer science and engineering and a Master's in computer science from UC Davis. For his thesis he created a metadata integration framework for geospatial documents.
He manages the California Spatial Information Library (CaSIL) for CalSpace.

IT Support
A UC Davis Graduate with a degree in Managerial Economics, Larry provides Microsoft Active Directory design and consultation services as well as TCP based network design and maintenence for the CalSpace computing infrastructure.
gjscheer@ucdavis.eduGeorge grew up in Hawaii and California. A graduate of UC Davis with a Bachelor's degree in applied physics, George is systems administrator for the network and systems used by CalSpace and CSTARS personnel. He also maintains equipment for field work and serves a central role in its planning.
